Dunguaire Castle Original Watercolor Painting

A wonderful subject to paint.   The austere tower rising above the horizon over the landscape is such a strong image.   The fluidity and spontaneity of watercolor somehow contrasts yet enhances the subject.  The combination results in a lively image that still captures the essence of the subject.   And it was so enjoyable to paint!
