Description
A 6 week watercolor course over zoom. We’ll complete a full painting each week of a variety of subjects. We’ll also practice various watercolor techniques in preparation such as values, washes, edges and texture effects like dry brush and splattering. All classes are recorded in HD and will be available for you to rewatch. The classes will have a private set of webpages containing all the references, videos, materials lists, and any bonus videos. There is also a comment section where we can post our paintings and to share our thoughts.
We’ll be working from the references in the main photo. I’m looking forward to all of them but the white cat and the moody street scene are my special favorites.
Live sessions run Thursdays 1pm-3pm EST. Sometimes we might run over depending on how the painting progresses. I will also record a drawing video for people that I release earlier in the week (usually Mondays) so we can all start with a good drawing. I do encourage people to post and discuss their work in the comments section of the course website.
